What data we process

Name and phone number of whoever writes to us on WhatsApp.
Order details: pickup point, destination and the location the customer shares.
Data of our drivers: name, phone, license plate and location while they handle an order.

What we use it for

Only to handle transport and parcel orders, assign a driver and notify the customer. We do not sell or share the data for advertising purposes.

Providers

We use the FleteYa platform (NEWSOTF SAS) and Meta’s WhatsApp Business to receive and manage orders. They process the data on our behalf and only for this purpose.

How long we keep it

Conversations are kept for up to 30 days and orders for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to vilcabambaexpress@hotmail.com, in accordance with Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
